Dani discovered her passion for surfing a decade ago, but living in Germany meant she was far from ideal surf spots. Without regular access to the waves, she sought a workout to improve her surfing fitness and found the perfect solution in Pilates. This led her to become a Pilates instructor, and now, she has designed a series of workouts for Premium specifically to build strength for surfing, with a strong focus on the core. Pilates Power Flow: Part II
Move through this invigorating 25 minute Pilates Power Flow with Dani for a strong core. Dani took up Pilates to get better at surfing and she found it helped her in so many other ways, “Pilates did not only strengthens my body, it also strengthens my mind while focusing on the breathe. There’s no better feeling, than working through a set of exercises and knowing that I’m capable of everything afterwards.”
In Part II of this Pilates Power Flow series Dani uses equipment, a Pilates ball, hand weights and a booty band. If you don’t have them then Dani suggests alternatives such as a cushion and a bottle of water. This workout series is awesome, so let’s get to it!
