Stephanie Gilmore, eight-time World Champion and the most decorated female surfer of all time, is back with her third signature collaboration with Rip Curl. Launching this July, the Rip Curl x Stephanie Gilmore Volume 3 Collection is inspired by Steph’s love of vintage surf fashion and a deep dive into the Rip Curl archives, reimagined through fresh new colourways across apparel and swimwear.

Building on the success of Volumes 1 and 2, Volume 3 captures the effortless cool of retro surf culture while continuing to deliver the performance and functionality synonymous with Rip Curl. Featuring nostalgic graphics, heritage-inspired logos, washed textures, and relaxed silhouettes, the collection is designed to move seamlessly from surf to shore.

“Surf culture has such an incredible history of style, and I always find myself drawn back to archival pieces and imagery for inspiration,” said Stephanie Gilmore. “For Volume 3, we explored some of the classic Rip Curl designs and reworked them with fresh colours and updated fits that still feel timeless and wearable. I wanted the collection to feel relaxed, nostalgic, and easy to throw on after a surf or while travelling.”

Highlights from the collection include the SG Heritage Oversized Fleece, retro-inspired swimwear, relaxed denim, and oversized tees designed with Steph’s signature style in mind. The range balances laidback surf nostalgia with modern versatility, bringing together statement pieces that feel equally at home in the water, on the beach or worn day-to-day.

The launch comes at an exciting moment for Stephanie, following her return to the World Surf League Tour after her hiatus in 2023, and fresh off her recent win at the WSL Gold Coast Pro. As one of the most recognisable figures in surfing globally, Steph continues to influence not only the sport itself, but the culture and style surrounding it.

Stephanie first signed with Rip Curl in 2000 at just 12 years old, before going on to dominate the sport across the next two decades with an unprecedented eight world titles. Through her ongoing collaboration with Rip Curl, she continues to shape the future of women’s surf style while celebrating the brand’s rich heritage.
