2024 has been the most challenging year since we launched back in 2002. That’s why, with our October issue, we felt it was time to celebrate with a party focussing on 'Women in Surfing'.
This week we have a Progressive Workout Series, which will get harder as you get stronger. 30 minutes of surf-specific muscular strength and endurance training, focusing on challenging and improving our on-land surf fitness, which will have you surfing longer and with more power!
