1. Eligibility
- The competition is open to entrants aged 18 years or over.
- The competition is open internationally.
- Employees of SurfGirl, TSE, and their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the competition, are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
- Follow both @surfgirlmag and @thesurfexperience on Instagram.
- Like the official competition post.
- Tag one other Instagram user in the comments.
- Bonus entry: Share the post to their Instagram story (optional).
3. Competition Period
- The competition closes on Monday, 14th July.
- Entries submitted after the closing date will not be counted.
4. Prize
- The prize is a surf and yoga retreat for two people at TSE.
- The prize includes:
- Accommodation for two at TSE (room type subject to availability).
- Surf lessons and yoga sessions.
- Daily Breakfast and Lunch.
- Evening Meals (excluding Tuesday and Friday)
- Flights, airport transfers, travel insurance, additional activities, and other personal expenses are not included.
- The winner is responsible for booking their own flights and travel documents (e.g., passports, visas, insurance).
5. Prize Terms
- The prize date will need to be decided by the winner and by TSE, subject to availability and TSE’s booking calendar.
- Blackout dates may apply, including high season and holiday periods.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
- SurfGirl is hosting this competition, but all arrangements related to do with the prize will be handled by TSE.
- The prize will be valid for 3 years after the competition closing date.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
- The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received.
- The winner will be contacted via the @surfgirlmag Instagram account within 7 days of the competition closing.
- If the winner does not respond within 5 days of being notified, a new winner will be selected.
7. Data Protection
- By entering, participants consent to their name and Instagram handle being announced publicly if they win.
- Any personal data provided will be handled in accordance with SurfGirl’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. Fake Accounts & Scams
- SurfGirl and TSE will never ask for your bank or card details to claim a prize.
- We will only contact the winner from @surfgirlmag, our official verified account.
- Please report any suspicious messages or accounts impersonating us.
