1. Eligibility:
The competition is open to entrants aged 18 years or over.

Employees of SurfGirl, Rise Up Surf Retreats and their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the competition, are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period:
The competition closes on Tuesday 21st April.
Entries submitted after the closing date will not be counted.
4. Prize:
The prize is a 7 night stay at the Luxury Escape Surf Retreat in Nicaragua.
Flights, travel insurance, additional activities, bar bills and other personal expenses are not included.
The winner is responsible for booking their own flights and travel documents (e.g., passports, visas, insurance).
The price can be booked for a trip anytime from June to August 2026 (dates with availability)

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
SurfGirl is hosting this competition, but all arrangements related to the prize will be handled by Rise Up.
6. Winner Selection & Notification:
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received.
The winner will be contacted via the @surfgirlmag Instagram account within 7 days of the competition closing.
If the winner does not respond within 5 days of being notified, a new winner will be selected.
7. Data Protection:
By entering, participants consent to their name being announced publicly if they win.
Any personal data provided will be handled in accordance with SurfGirl’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. Fake Accounts & Scams:
SurfGirl and Rise Up Surf Retreats will never ask for your bank or card details to claim a prize.
