When Brazil’s boldest prints meet Australia’s most iconic surf brand
Following successful launches in Australia and Brazil, iconic Australian surf brand Rip Curl and Brazilian fashion and lifestyle house FARM Rio now introduce their first-ever collaborative collection to North America and Europe. The collection brings together the two brands’ bold designs, technical innovation, and a shared love of beach culture.
For more than 28 years, FARM Rio has inspired people around the world to dress in happiness. Their bold, expressive prints are rooted in the spirit of Rio de Janeiro, celebrating colour, vibrance and the lively energy of its people. Rip Curl, an Australian surf institution for more than five decades, continues to push the boundaries of performance surfwear with products designed for life in and around the water.

Rip Curl’s Head of Design Amy Findlay shared, “Integrating FARM Rio’s bold artwork into technical surf products has been so much fun! We collaborated closely on every element; print scale, placement, construction to ensure the pieces not only look great, but also perform to our standards in the ocean. We’re proud of the collection we have created together and hope women around the world feel confident when they wear it in and out of the water.”
As certified B Corporations, both brands share a commitment to sustainability and work to reduce their impact on people and planet.
Highlights from the collection include technical summer wetsuits, a vibrant floral suitcase, a striped shirt and pant set, and floral bikini sets. The FARM Rio x Rip Curl floral print appears across the collection, tying the pieces all together.
The FARM Rio x Rip Curl collection launches April 1 and will be available at select retail locations as well as on ripcurl.com and farmrio.com, arriving just in time for a vibrant, tropical summer.
