When you want to give your body some love, try these green smoothies to start your day on a healthy note. Naturally-occurring in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants smoothies give you plenty of energy to get you through the winter waves, no need for coffee.  Easy and quick, our green morning picks cover daily servings of fruits and vegetables. We love to pop to the Jam Jar in Newquay for a healthy juice but if you can’t get there then try some of your own. They’re easy to do and there’s no better way to start the day!

The Green Berry

Ingredients:

  • 4 large pieces of kale
  • 1 banana
  • Almond milk
  • 2 Cup of favourite berries

Boost it up:

Chia seeds – contain good balance of high quality proteins and essential amino acids for your body and brain.

The Green Supreme 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of fresh spinach
  • Coconut water
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Apple
  • Half of pineapple

Boost it up:

Acai powder- the extract instantly increases overall levels of energy and stamina for whenever you are feeling low.

The Green Vitamix 

Ingredients:

  • Wheatgrass powder
  • Lime juice
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 Apple
