My name’s Laura and I have been taking photographs in Cornwall and beyond for several years now, mostly using film. I’m a surfer and have been an avid reader of SurfGirl since I was a teenager. I am currently living out in Australia, and while cataloging my photographs I chose a few that I thought fit the SurfGirl vibe. The sea provides the inspiration for many of my photographs, and I love to go exploring with my camera and see where I end up. I work primarily with 35mm film – I love the tones and atmosphere that film can achieve. I use a Praktica MTL3, a Pentax P30T and a Minolta X-700.
