The villa has all AC rooms with private bathrooms, a big Yoga Shala and a swimming pool. In-house chefs will prepare daily fresh breakfast, lunch and dinner so you can have a relaxed Surf & Yoga holiday.
Solid Surf House is centrally located at a short walk to the nearest surf spots; Jungle Beach, Turtle Bay and the huge sandy beginners and longboard beach break in Weligama Bay. Because of this central location, they are able to go any direction without extreme long drives. They’re very near to the beach but still surrounded by a jungle green fauna where you are able to spot exotic animals like mongooses, lizards and even our monkey family swinging from tree to tree! At Solid, you’ll drink & eat the coconuts from their very own garden, and therefore they offer a free flow of coconuts!
What’s the surf like?
Sri Lanka is a famous surf destination which offers a lot of good surf spots for all experience levels. Solid Surf House is centrally located in Weligama Bay at a short walk to the nearest reef breaks Jungle Beach, Turtle Bay and the huge sandy beginners and longboard beach break in Weligama Bay. Within a 10 min drive from our villa, we take you to the most important surf spots like Rams, Lazy Left, Mirissa and more. Because of this central location, we are able to go any direction without extreme long drives to find you the best surf.
Are there waves for all abilities?
We offer surf lessons for all levels of surfing. Every day our surf teachers take you to the best surf spot for your level. We organize a surf theory evening, film and analyze your surfing, so we can really help you improve your surfing. Weekly surf theory and video analysis are all included in your stay at Solid Surf House.
When the guests aren’t surfing, what can they get up to?
Need a break from surfing? We offer excursions in our Surf House. Go on an elephant safari in Udawalawe National Park. Join our snorkel & scuba diving trip or discover Sri Lanka on a day trip. During this day trip, you will visit a traditional tea plantage, the snake farm and go whale watching.

When is the best time to visit?
Winter is the best period to visit the southwest coast of Sri Lanka, but we are open all year round. We will always drive you to the surf spot with the best conditions for your level of surfing and will always find you fun waves to surf.
