To get totally surf fit, fitness and surf instructor Tehillah McGuinness takes us through a series of three workouts. These classes will have you surfing longer and with more power as they focus on challenging and improving our on-land surf fitness. As you progress through the levels they get progressively harder. Tee uses using weights during the workouts but if you don’t have any at home, then feel free to improvise with any weighted objects around the house.
