1. Eligibility:

  • The competition is open to entrants aged 18 years or over.
  • The competition is open internationally.
  • Employees of SurfGirl, Elsewhere Surf Camps, and their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the competition, are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

  • Follow both @surfgirlmag and @elsewheresurfcamps on Instagram
  • Like and save the official competition post
  • Tag another Instagram user in the comments
  • Bonus entry: Share the post to their Instagram story (optional)

3. Competition Period:

  • The competition closes on Monday 12th January.
  • Entries submitted after the closing date will not be counted.

4. Prize:

  • The prize is a 7 night stay at Elsewhere’s Sri Lanka or Bali retreat
  • Flights, travel insurance, additional activities, and other personal expenses are not included.
  • The winner is responsible for booking their own flights and travel documents (e.g., passports, visas, insurance).

5. Prize Terms:

  • The prize date will need to be arranged with Elsewhere Surf Camps.
    • Not valid for stays in Sri Lanka between 15.12.26 – 05.01.27
    • Bookings must be made a minimum of 7 days in advance.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  • SurfGirl is hosting this competition, but all arrangements related to the prize will be handled by Elsewhere Surf Camps.

6. Winner Selection & Notification:

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received.
  • The winner will be contacted via the @surfgirlmag Instagram account within 7 days of the competition closing.
  • If the winner does not respond within 5 days of being notified, a new winner will be selected.

7. Data Protection:

  • By entering, participants consent to their name being announced publicly if they win.
  • Any personal data provided will be handled in accordance with SurfGirl’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Fake Accounts & Scams:

  • SurfGirl and Elsewhere Surf Camps will never ask for your bank or card details to claim a prize.
  • We will only contact the winner from @surfgirlmag, our official verified account.
  • Please report any suspicious messages or accounts impersonating us.
