Surf HIIT Level 1

30 minutes of surf-specific muscular strength and endurance training, focusing on challenging and improving our on-land surf fitness, which will have you surfing longer and with more power! We will be using weights for this workout but if you don’t have any at home feel free to improvise with any weighted objects around the house. Let’s get it, team!
