Pre surf it’s important to warm up and you can you do this routine anytime of day.

Remember your Pre Surf Yoga is just a warm up. To build a little heat through the body, start to open up the chest, rotation, hips and fire up those arms. You can practice this yoga routine at any time of the day, however it is best for the mornings or before your surf as it will energise your body and mind. Maybe not the best thing to do right before bed.
