We spoke to the Paradis Plage team to find out more…
Where is Paradis Plage located?
This year-round tropical oasis is just three hours away from London. With average temperatures of 25C degrees during winter, it is a piece of paradise away from the hustle and bustle of Agadir.
What makes it an Eco-Resort?
Paradis Plage has been awarded the ‘Green Key’ label three years in a row. Our environmental credentials include watering the gardens with recycled
water (using a drip irrigation system), serving only local organic food and banning all single use plastic, as well as closely collaborating with Surf Rider Foundation and other local environmental organisations.
Describe the yoga shala and what goes on there?
Our yoga shala is in a lovely setting overlooking the ocean, with beautiful wooden floors and 360° sliding glass windows. Here we run three daily yoga practices with our amazing Yogi, Karsten.
Is the surfing suited to all abilities?
Of course! We have a great team of local surf guides that know the area like the back of their hands. This allows us to provide guests with the best surf experience for their ability all year round. We are blessed with a 30km coastline with some world-class point breaks as well as amazing beach breaks for less advanced surfers.
Surfing and yoga aside, what are the top three things a guest should do at the resort and in Agadir?
Go to our Paradise Eco Spa for a wide range of treatments, head to our Fitness Centre for a session with our private coach, and head off on one of the daily excursions, which include horse riding, quads and sightseeing in Paradise Valley.
