Improve your paddle strength out of the water with our Paddle Fit Resistance Workout Series. In this video Tehillah McGuinness is using resistance / paddle bands to build surf strength in the shoulders. Resistance band workouts for surfing are the closest thing you can get to replicate the motion of paddling out of the water.
