The ultimate location for surfers and skaters, Coolangatta offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, set right on the beach front, just a stone’s throw from the most famous surf spots on the Gold Coast.

Quiksilver continues its strategy of opening its latest generation of stores in the most iconic boardsport locationsworldwide. Following on from France, Portugal, Spain and Russia, it’s on the Gold Coast, at Coolangatta- the birthplace of surfing in Australia -where Quiksilver has chosen to open the 14th Boardriders in the world.

On a 745m2 site, Quiksilver has used its strong architectural style, beautiful, large open spaces that fill the store with light, combining the urban (concrete, brick, and metal) with the organic (wood, glass): Quiksilver’s mineral DNA. Natural wood embellishes the space dedicated to the Quiksilver collection with a beach and apparel range along with a technical surfing range. The ocean is reflected inside with white salt-washed effect wood for the Roxy space and beach, PopSurf and Fitness collections. The DC collection is presented in an urban street setting with its unmistakable skate wall (over 200 boards) and sneaker range.

The Boardriders Coolangatta is a unique place to be, both for its architecture and layout as well as for its exceptional location. It’s that ideal place to hang out, offering originality and authenticity, combining all of the spirit of boardsports, art, and the most advanced and innovative products from the Quiksilver, Roxy and DC brands along with other complementary technical brands.
