Lotta and the Waves: From Berlin Into Barrels

Charlotte is a surf and lifestyle photographer based in Australia. Even though Lotta grew up in Germany’s capital city Berlin, saltwater started flowing through her veins at a young age. Now her life is centered around the ocean. She prefers her technical gear in the water and captures beautiful moody moments otherwise lost forever. The ocean is always moving, other people, surfboards, underwater animals and weather changes are a challenging environment to focus on a subject and control a camera. Nevertheless the ocean is Lotta’s happy place, her source of inspiration and creation.
