Competition Terms & Conditions – Win a Winter Bundle

1. Organiser

This competition is organised by SurfGirl Magazine (“SurfGirl”) in collaboration with Passenger Clothing (“Passenger”), who will be responsible for fulfilling the prize.

2. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to UK and European residents only.
  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
  • Employees of SurfGirl, Passenger, and their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with this competition, are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must:

  • Follow @surfgirlmag and @passengerclothing on Instagram
  • Like the official competition post
  • Tag one or more friends in the comments of the competition post

  • Share the competition post to your Instagram Story and tag both accounts

No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Competition Period

  • The competition closes on the date specified in the official competition post.
  • Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

5. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a Winter Bundle from Passenger.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  • This is not a cash prize and cannot be refunded as such.
  • Prizes are subject to availability. In the event that an item is unavailable, Passenger reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection & Claiming the Prize

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received.
  • The winner will be contacted via direct message from @surfgirlmag on Instagram.
  • The winner must respond and claim their prize within 14 days of notification.
  • If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, SurfGirl reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Fulfilment

  • Passenger Clothing will be responsible for fulfilling and dispatching the prize.
  • SurfGirl accepts no responsibility for delivery delays or issues once the prize has been handed over to Passenger for fulfilment.

8. Data Protection & Publicity

  • By entering, participants agree that their Instagram handle may be announced publicly if they win.
  • Any personal data provided will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition and fulfilling the prize, in accordance with SurfGirl’s and Passenger’s privacy policies.

9. Instagram Disclaimer

  • This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
  • By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to this competition.

10. Fraud & Scams

  • SurfGirl and Passenger will never ask for bank details, card information, or payment to claim a prize.
  • The winner will only be contacted from @surfgirlmag, the official account.
  • Please report any suspicious messages or accounts impersonating SurfGirl or Passenger.
