Quick Energising Morning Flow
This quick morning practice has everything you need to start your day feeling your best. Move fluidly through your own creative variations of cat & cow as you gently wake up your body. Flow with your breath through seated side bends, twists and core-activating boat rolls. Then travel all around your mat in an invigorating standing sequence, before practicing two energising backbends. Add this 15 minute class to your morning routine and notice how good you feel for the rest of the day!
